I Tried Morning Pages for 2½ Weeks… Here’s What I Learned

Morning Pages, introduced by Julia Cameron in The Artist’s Way, is one of the best-known creativity exercises in the world. The idea is simple: write three handwritten pages every morning without censoring yourself and see what happens.

As a visual artist, I decided to put Morning Pages to the test. For two and a half weeks, I filled three pages every morning, documenting the process along the way. In this video, I share what surprised me, what challenged me, and whether I think this daily practice actually helped my creativity.
